7.2. Any damage or loss caused by the guest during their stay will be charged to the guest’s credit card on file.
7.3. Guests are expected to adhere to quiet hours and respect neighbors’ privacy.
8. Liability
8.1. Yasrus Vacation Homes Rental LLC is not liable for any personal injuries, accidents, thefts, or damages that occur during your stay.
8.2. Guests are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their belongings.
9. Changes to Reservations
9.1. Changes to reservations, including dates and property selection, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
